An intimate exploration of expression, emotion, and identity through African portraiture and facial studies.
February 1, 2026 — December 31, 2026
About This Exhibition
Faces of Africa explores the emotional depth of African identity through portraiture and expression. Moving closer than the full figure, this exhibition focuses on the face as a place of memory, strength, beauty, vulnerability, wisdom, and spirit.
Through eyes, features, gestures, and expressions, each artwork invites the viewer into a more personal encounter with the people of Africa. Together, the works reveal that every face carries a story — shaped by ancestry, experience, culture, and humanity.
