All jewelry orders are shipped fully insured via DHL Express with signature confirmation. Tracking details are provided via WhatsApp and email.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
Local Collection
Orders can be collected from our showroom at Cultural Heritage Centre, Dodoma Road, Arusha. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with all documentation. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable. Contact us to arrange a return.
